Living on a budget, omg how one tries and tires, yet every month there another increase in something.

Two years ago a R3000.00 shopping cart was enough for hubby and I.
Now I walk into the same store, spend R3000.00 and come out with a few packets of food.

I get that price increases are real, and sometimes needed. But surely it seems to be happening so drastic that no one can actually keep to a budget.

As for SASSA grants they increase at such a snails space how do they manage.

I feel like it can only get worse.

The rand has dropped, salaries aren't able to cover everything.

This is just an input on my own experiences.

Hope that it is not the same for everyone.

It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare, it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.
